I've been trying for the past hour after giving up last time and now i'm just so FUSTRATED!!

why, why, WHY can't my avatar be uploaded?? It's of the correct format and I've reduced the size to be so BLOODY small already! the system is screwed! what 50 x 50? The pic i have is only 48 x 48! WTF!?!?
